When you join our newsletter, The Zap Company stores your email address and your consent to receive company updates. When you request a city, we store your email, city, region and country to assess interest and contact you about service in that area. A city request does not enroll you in the newsletter.

When you contact us, we store your name, email address, topic, subject, message, submission reference and permission to respond in our website database so we can handle your inquiry. A support request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact us to request deletion of your inquiry.

We do not display your email address on the public map. Signup information is processed through our hosting and database providers. Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA may process technical information when their services load. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

To unsubscribe, withdraw a city request, request deletion, or ask about your information, email thezapcompany@zapco.xyz. Include the address you used when signing up. Our newsletter emails must also include an unsubscribe link.
