Website Terms

Using our websites
The Zap Company, a California corporation, operates zapco.xyz and zapp.zone. These sites describe our company and products, collect inquiries and newsletter subscriptions, and show service-area information. The app Terms apply to Zap, Zap Chat and Zapper services and purchases. Our website privacy notice describes website data use.
Availability and requests
Our local services currently operate in California. Service types, hours and coverage vary; map boundaries are informational and checkout determines whether a particular request can be served. Requesting a city does not reserve service, obligate us to launch there, or create a purchase or employment agreement. “Coming soon” is not a guaranteed release date. A business inquiry is not a contract, quote or credit approval.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Provide accurate information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, interfere with security, impersonate others or misuse the forms. Our names, artwork, mascots and other protected materials belong to The Zap Company or their respective owners; ordinary viewing does not grant a commercial license. Linked third-party services have their own terms. Apple, Google and other platform names remain their owners’ trademarks; use of their services does not imply endorsement.
Communications and limits
A newsletter subscription is optional and can be withdrawn. A support, city or business inquiry does not subscribe you to general marketing. Website information may change and maps or availability estimates may be inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable federal and California law governs these website terms, without excluding mandatory rights.
